Tips
Objects to be soldered must be clean. Conductors should be cleaned with steel wool or fine sandpaper.
Apply the tip to the work area. Soldering occurs with a heated tip.
Remove the tip from the work. Molten solder must cool undisturbed.
Do not use more solder than necessary. Use just enough to make a good connection.
CAUTION
Always take care and wear protective
eyewear in work areas at all times.
The iron should be left to cool down naturally.
Do not use the iron with the tip removed.
The iron becomes very hot.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not touch the iron tip when hot.
